Saturdays are back

It is bitter sweet that I report that now that both Dom and Liam are done their ski lessons, we now have our full Saturdays back.  Thankfully we were able to finish off yesterday with nice weather (the last couple of weeks have been bitter cold and windy) and good snow.  Everyone had a good day skiing, including Liam and Tracy (don't worry, she stayed on the easy chair!).  Some quick videos below of Liam doing his thing.

We all had a great year skiing, and for those of you looking for spring skiing, Castle should be good until May if the weather stays good...loads of snow there!  We also added some more pics to our Winter Activities album.

As for the rest of us, Tracy is still pregnant and aside from not being able to put socks on easily, she's feeling well.  I'm still going, went for some testing the other day (body fat %, power & strength, and V02 max) and had some interesting insight into how I'm training and how I can train more effectively.
